I began my yoga journey with Vasanti Yoga doing pregnancy yoga during the pandemic. I suffered from back pain and planter fasciitis when I started Yoga classes during lockdown over summer last year a year ago. The classes have been great for me as I have not had the severe pains I use to get and my planter fasciitis was also warded off. I remember after my first month I had a severe tightness in my back. I told Vasanti I can’t make the class. She called me and asked me exactly what was wrong and guided me with specific stretches over the phone so I could do these and I came back to the following class. Attending her classes regularly has helped me become more flexible That’s the sign of a great teacher someone who cares about her students. Providing that little personal touch.

I have been practicing Yoga for approx 10 years and have been taking part in Vasanti’s virtual classes for about 10 months. I find the classes very well balanced, a good pace and the instructions are very clear. Vasanti has great strength and flexibility and is able to teach us challenging postures. It is important to her that the postures are performed correctly and she is quick to notice if any
postures are performed incorrectly, I find this particularly reassuring. I would highly recommend her class to both beginners and expirenced students.

Vasanti is the best yoga teacher one could have. Although I haven’t managed to join her recent classes due to injury I would highly recommend her classes to anyone no matter what your capabilities are.
When I did attend her classes in the gym I used to come back to the gym after doing a workout just to do her yoga. I always watch the videos she’s posts and try and do them myself. She is a warm and friendly person.postures are performed incorrectly, I find this particularly reassuring. I would highly recommend her class to both beginners and expirenced students.
